Zwift Live Races: How to Follow Events and Find Results | eCyclingRank

eCyclingRank guide · Zwift racing

Looking for a live Zwift race, final results, or a specific rider? This guide explains how to explore the event calendar, follow available race coverage, and review results — while keeping official Zwift information separate from eCyclingRank analysis.

Where can you find the next Zwift race?

Zwift’s official event calendar is available on Zwift Events, in the Zwift Companion app and in game. Check the route, format, start time and event rules before signing up. The event organizer and Zwift remain the authoritative sources for official schedules and registration.

On eCyclingRank, Horizon helps you explore upcoming races and, when sufficient information is available, offers context and predictions. A forecast is not a result: entries, rider form, categories and race tactics can change what happens on the road.

Following live Zwift races: what matters?

Race leadersSee the front of the race and the composition of the leading group.
Breaks and gapsObserve splits when live race data is available.
The finishFollow the last kilometre, then check the finalized race result.

The Races section gives access to event pages and available Live features on eCyclingRank. A listed event does not necessarily have active live tracking. Coverage and commentary depend on data availability and may contain delays.

eCyclingRank’s live commentary interprets data automatically. It is not an official Zwift broadcast or race adjudication. Always refer to the final results when reviewing placements.

How to find your Zwift race results

  1. Open the Races section and find the event.
  2. Open its race page for available placings and details.
  3. Select a rider to view their profile, eCR rating and race history.
  4. Compare progression in the rider rankings once updated data has been published.

For events with race results enabled, official Zwift results may also be accessible from the event page, activity feed and Zwift Companion. Results appearing at different times on different platforms do not necessarily indicate an error.

Important: Zwift Racing Score and eCR ratings serve different purposes. The eCR rating is an independent analysis; it is not an official race decision or a replacement for Zwift’s own score. Read the Zwift Racing Score guide.

What can eCyclingRank tell you beyond the finish line?

A finishing position is only one part of a rider’s story. Rider profiles, club and national comparisons, records and ranking trends help place a single performance in context. Always account for sample size: a rider with few recorded events may have a provisional rating.

For a clear explanation of how ratings are calculated, consult the eCR methodology. Explore clubs, records and the eCR Journal for a broader view of the community.

Frequently asked questions

No. Availability depends on the event and the data available. A race appearing in the calendar does not guarantee live coverage.

Can I join an event from Horizon?

Horizon may provide an entry point to Zwift Companion for the event. Check final joining instructions and event details in Zwift’s official services.

Are eCyclingRank rankings official Zwift rankings?

No. They are independent eCycling performance ratings, with separate calculation rules documented in the methodology.
